Injection Glasses Manufacturing

Centered on producing safe and comfortable to wear wooden glasses for customers, Kico uses a sophisticated and streamlined manufacturing process. Our process works on established quality protocols, guaranteeing consistency in every pair of glasses.

Mold Injection

Operated by our skilled workers, our injection machines are calibrated to continually produce glass frames that match our standards. Pigments are added to the base material before injection, incorporating the right color for the frames and making sure the color won't fall off easily.

The workers polish the frames by hand to make sure all edges are smooth and safe for kids to wear. They are then transferred into our tumbling barrels to give them a smooth and appealing finish.

Frame Painting

According to the finishing details needed on the glasses, we use precision spray guns to add the desired finish. Customization options on this stage are endless, giving room for unique creations.

Final Inspection & Reliability Testing

Another round of inspections and reliability tests are employed by our qualified inspection personnel after the production process to guarantee the optimal performance of our glasses.
